The Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) visa and reforms to tighten the permanent Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) (ENS) came into effect on 18 March 2018. Now six months on, we invite you to join us for a half day session where our immigration professionals will share their experience and offer practical advice and recommendations for using these visa programs.

There will be an active discussion to give you the opportunity to share your own experiences and feedback on the TSS visa.

This half-day event will cover the following topics:

  • Best practices for the preparation of TSS visa applications
  • Benefits of sponsorship accreditation
  • Navigating through the Labour Market Testing requirements and applicable exemptions
  • The Skilling Australians Fund Levy
  • Compliance considerations under the TSS framework
  • Transitional provisions for employer sponsored permanent residence
  • Use of the alternate temporary visa programs by your business

The Learning Objectives for this event are:

  1. Get up to date on the latest changes on TSS / ENS visa categories
  2. Know what is required to ensure your visa applications are processed quickly and are not refused
  3. Find out what other visa categories are available for work and related purposes
