Coming Together Safely at GWS 202ONE

GWS participants required to have vaccinations or a negative COVID-19 test result.

We are just weeks away from Global Workforce Symposium (GWS) 202ONE, and we know that health and safety remain top-of-mind issues for everyone.

Today, we have updated our health and safety guidelines to require either a COVID-19 vaccination or, within 3 days of your arrival at GWS, a negative COVID-19 test result. The policy is for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and staff. Details on verification measures will be shared soon.

This requirement, along with the City of Chicago’s indoor mask mandate and other GWS 202ONE health and safety guidelines, will support our commitment to delivering a safe and positive experience for all attendees.

We are excited to be working with our partners to bring you fun and informative ways to connect with each other. In particular, I would like to thank the Corporate Housing Providers Association, the Relocation Directors Council and the Chicago and Wisconsin regional councils for their support; and of course our sponsors and exhibitors, who make this in-person event possible.

We are committed to your safety, and we want GWS 202ONE to be the worthwhile and fun experience it always has been. We appreciate your continued support – and we look forward to seeing you in Chicago, October 19-22.
