Broker Market Analysis Form Update

The update to an industry keystone is about to get a big reveal

A much-anticipated update to the Worldwide ERC® Broker’s Market Analysis and Strategy Report will be released by the end of the first quarter 2022. Even as 2021 comes to a close, Worldwide ERC staff and volunteer leaders are hard at work updating both the content and the format of this critical member tool. Under the leadership of former Worldwide ERC chair Sue Carey and Head of Enterprise Growth & Development Stephanie Aker, the 10-member taskforce of industry experts from RMC, broker, and finance backgrounds are evaluating member input and on schedule for beta testing in January 2022. The primary objectives include updating fields of the form to meet industry needs that have evolved since the last revision in 2008. The task force is improving the technology to allow content updates between revisions and to make the form truly platform agnostic.

Mobility professionals have relied on Worldwide ERC®'s Forms Portal for standardized relocation forms for more than a decade. In addition to the Broker Market Analysis and Strategy Report the portal includes the Property Status Report, Real Estate Broker Invoice, Homeowner Disclosure Statement and the Broker market Analysis Photo Page. The Forms Portal can be accessed online at any time.
