Enhanced 2023 Global Workforce Symposium Offers New Opportunities

A reimagined event experience provides expanded ways to connect. 

Although we’re still a few months away, Worldwide ERC® is already hard at work preparing for this year’s Global Workforce Symposium (GWS). Taking place in Boston, Massachusetts, 17-20 October, GWS is the only event that brings the entire global mobility community together as one industry, allowing mobility professionals to learn more and connect with relocation experts from around the world.  

This year’s theme, “Elevating Expectations,” reflects our goal to redesign the GWS experience to provide more networking opportunities and increase value for our attendees. This includes several new ways to connect with the broader mobility community throughout the conference.  

We are also currently building out a robust agenda of panels and speakers for this year’s conference, with interactive sessions, roundtable discussions, and case studies on the mobility community’s top issues. We are looking forward to engaging our attendees on important topics like environmental sustainability, artificial intelligence, technology, remote work, and immigration. 

I am excited to welcome two incredible keynote speakers to join us in Boston. As president and founder of the international nonprofit Wine to Water, Doc Hendley will kick off our opening general session by sharing some of his experiences bringing clean water to over a million people across the world. And on Thursday, we’ll have the chance to hear directly from author and speaker Heather E. McGowan as she dives into the future of the world of work.

In addition to joining us in Boston for GWS 2023, I also want to remind you of our APAC and LATAM regional summits taking place later this year.
