It’s almost time for the games to begin! Worldwide ERC^®’s Global Workforce Symposium (GWS) in Las Vegas is just under three weeks away (25–28 October), with an anticipated 1,300-plus global mobility professionals joining from all over the world.

Highlighting this year’s theme of “Game On,” our sponsors are hosting some fun (and free!) events to entertain and engage attendees between keynote speakers and informative professional sessions. See our recommendations below to make the most of your time at GWS2022. 

Welcome Back!

Tuesday, 25 October | 7-10 p.m.

Celebrate the return of GWS in style with our special welcome back party on Tuesday night. Enjoy complimentary bites and drinks with DJ Liz Martin providing party beats for the evening.  The Welcome Back party will be in the Margaux room where you can enjoy the scenic views overlooking the Wynn Las Vegas’ golf course.

Sweat It Out

Wednesday, 26 October | 7-8 a.m.

Get pumped up before you start your day at GWS with a special morning boot camp workout. Hosted by the Young Professional Task Force, this workout will be bright and early so you have enough time to catch Keynote Speaker Eric Boles at 9 a.m.

Mix and Mingle

Wednesday, 26 October | 4-7 p.m.

What would a global conference be without a happy hour? Hosted by IMPACT Group in the Exhibit Hall, the GWS happy hour will have drinks, snacks, and plenty of great conversation. Be sure to take a minute to check out the short presentations at the booths while you chat.

Passport of Prizes Winner Announcement

Thursday, 27 October | 6 p.m.

Throughout the conference, visit different booths within the Exhibit Hall to collect as many Gold Passport stamps as you can. The GWS raffle and prize draw will occur on Thursday, with winners announced in the Exhibit Hall at 6 p.m. Winners must be present at the announcement in order to claim their prizes.

Get Ready for Your Close-up

25–28 October

Let GWS help your professional rejuvenation with some new headshot photos. Visit the Aires booth in the Exhibition Hall to collect your headshot token, which you can use to sit for your complimentary photo.

Connect With Coffee

25–28 October

Meet new friends and colleagues at the GWS Networking Lounge between sessions. Take this chance to meet with colleagues old and new, network with other mobility professionals, and enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee from the coffee cart sponsored by Deel.

Unwind for a Minute

Conferences don’t have to be a stressful undertaking. Personal wellness is a priority during GWS. Take a moment for yourself at our special Relaxation Station sponsored by Fragomen. Located inside of the Networking Lounge, you can treat yourself to a complimentary refreshing massage and enjoy the tranquil moments.
