Global Employee Mobility Association Brings on Four New Industry Leaders; Three New Foundation Trustees Also Announced

ARLINGTON, Va., September 20, 2022 – Worldwide ERC®, the professional association for workforce mobility and relocation professionals, today announced that four members will join its Board of Directors for three-year terms on January 1, 2023.

The new members are: Tanya Mariottini, Director, Global Mobility, Twilio, Inc.; David Pascoe, Executive SVP, EMEA & APAC, Global Talent Mobility, Cartus; Kelly West, Founder & CEO, The MilesWest Group; and Deb Convery, Director, Global Mobility & Immigration, Stripe.

They will serve with current members: Tyler Reynolds, President, Equus Software LLC; Anupam Singhal, Chief Strategic Partner Officer, Topia, Inc.; Michelle Moore, Chief Global Mobility Officer, NEI Global Relocation; Lynn Shotwell, President & CEO, Worldwide ERC®; Kathy Connelly, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties; Benny Tan, Senior Vice President, APAC, Altair Global Relocation; Mark Burchell, Chief Commercial Officer, Sterling Lexicon; Eluned Wallace, Senior Manager, Global Mobility EMEA, The Walt Disney Company; Ashli Aldrich, Global Manager, Talent Mobility, Netflix; and Simon Mason, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Revenue Officer, Writer Relocations.

Reynolds went on to thank the four directors who are leaving the Board for their service to the association and the profession: Horst Gallo, Chief People Officer, Orion Innovation; Binwa Sethi, Client Partner, Leadership Development, DEI and Executive Coaching, Korn Ferry; Zeke Oaks, Vice President, Alexander’s Mobility Services; and especially Andrew Walker, Global Total Reward Leader, EY and Founder & President, Eleven+, for his leadership as the Worldwide ERC® Board Chair in 2021.

The Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility announced three new additions to its Board of Trustees: Corinne Mossman, Vice President, Client Relations, Coldwell Banker Bain; Pamela Dunleavy, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Aires; and Evan Miller, Vice President, Sales, RELO Direct®, Inc. Each new Trustee will begin a three-year term on January 1, 2023.

They will serve with current members: Zeke Oaks, Vice President, Alexander's Mobility Services; Angel Lozano, Director, Institutional Advancement, TASIS The American School in England; Elizabeth Hotze, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, CWS Corporate Housing; Shannon Brown, Director, Referral Engagement, @properties; Stephen McGarry, Director, Global Mobility, WPP; David Bunnell, Vice President, Sales, Transportation Worldwide, Inc.; Timothy Nowak, Client Leads Director, Coldwell Banker Realty; Robert Brizuela, Senior Relocation Manager, Chewy Inc.; and Sylvia Salazar, Head, International Mobility, NA, Atos.

Foundation Chair Zeke Oaks, Vice President of Alexander's Mobility Services, remarked, “We are excited to have Corinne, Evan and Pamela volunteer their time and talent in leading our Foundation. I know I speak for the entire Board when I say that it is an honor and privilege to represent the global employee mobility industry in serving local communities, and we are excited about what our new Board will do in 2023 and beyond.”

Oaks expressed gratitude to the four professionals leaving the Foundation Board: John Brennan, President & CEO, Brennan Title Company; Bob Portale, President & CEO, RELO Direct® Inc.; Tyler Reynolds, President, Equus Software; and especially Eve Seib for her leadership as the Foundation’s Board Chair in 2021.

Worldwide ERC and the Foundation will come together next month for the Global Workforce Symposium (GWS) 2022, where more than 1,000 professionals from more than 485 companies, hailing from 34 different countries, will gather. The must-attend annual event for global mobility and relocation professionals is being held in Las Vegas, October 25-28, 2022.
