Global talent mobility association adds three new leaders to its governing board

Washington, D.C. (12 Sept. 2023) – Worldwide ERC®, the professional association for talent mobility and relocation professionals, announced today three new members have joined its board of directors, further solidifying its position to lead a united talent mobility industry and to support and advance its members and mission worldwide.

The additions come as the association prepares to gather in-person for the Global Workforce Symposium (GWS) 2023. This premier event for global talent mobility and relocation professionals is being held in Boston, 17-20 October.

Joining the board are LaMonica Hummel, Broker/Relocation Vice President, Windermere Relocation; Elizabeth Kumbhari, Vice President, CRM, Americas Immigration, CIBT and Nino Nelissen, Managing Director, Executive Mobility Group B.V.

Hummel, Kumbhari and Nelissen will begin a three-year term on 1 January 2024. They will serve with current board members continuing their terms: 

·      Ashli Aldrich, Talent Mobility Leader, Netflix

·      Mark Burchell, Leader Global Market Development and Partnerships, Suddath

·      Deb Convery, Head of Talent Mobility, Stripe Inc.

·      Tanya Mariottini, Director, Global Mobility, Twillio 

·      Simon Mason, COO and Chief Revenue Officer, Writer Relocations

·      David Pascoe, Executive SVP, Global Talent Mobility, Cartus

·      Anupam Singhal, Chief Strategic Partner Officer, Topia, Inc. 

·      Benny Tan, Senior Vice President, APAC Altair Global Relocation  

·      Eluned Wallace, Senior Manager, GM EMEA, The Walt Disney Company

·      Kelly West, CEO, MilesWest Group

 

“We are thrilled to welcome Elizabeth, LaMonica and Nino to the Worldwide ERC® Board of Directors,” said Board Chair Anupam Singhal. “Their diverse professional experiences and unique perspectives will help continue to drive the changes the board started to effect in 2023 and shape the future direction of the organization. With their addition, our board of directors reflects the collective voice of an industry that continues to grow and evolve. I look forward to working alongside them to advance talent mobility throughout the world.” 

Singhal went on to express gratitude for the leadership of three directors leaving the board, thanking them for their service to the association and the profession: Kathy Connelly, SCRP, GMS, Chief Operating Officer, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties; Michelle Moore, Chief Global Mobility Officer, NEI Global Relocation; and Tyler Reynolds, President, EQUUS Software, LLC.

Worldwide ERC® also remains committed to reflecting the diversity of its global membership on the board. “While this is a continuous effort, we are proud of the varied perspectives that are represented,” notes Singhal.

·      Two-thirds are female

·      A quarter identify as BIPOC

·      More than one-third are based outside of the U.S.

·      Nearly one-third are corporate members

 

He goes on to say, “I’m thrilled that our board brings together a range of functional expertise and supplier verticals,” including relocation management companies of all sizes, in addition to technology, tax, and immigration professionals, destination service providers, real estate brokers, and small business suppliers.
