Mobility Magazine’s Informative and Engaging Content for the Mobility Industry

To complement Mobility’s new look and feel is content that explores the evolution of the workforce mobility industry, as well as insights from 2020. Since its founding in 1964, Worldwide ERC® has continually transformed alongside the mobility profession. Fifty-six years ago, the relocation industry was just getting started, and so was Worldwide ERC®. Back then, companies needed those professionals to make relocation smooth for the employee and cost- effective for business. The same sentiment still holds true today, and we explore this in the Changing Industry, Evolving Association feature.

This year has seen more evolution in global mobility than ever before. In the Lessons from 2020 feature, we asked mobility’s senior leaders in the fields of tax, talent management, destination services, mortgage, and relocation: What's next? We also look at three significant shifts we’ve seen over the past months and how these necessary changes have paved the way to permanent improvements down the road in the 3 Coronavirus-Inspired Changes Here to Stay feature. We predict these trends will shape housing and the mobility industry in months and years to come, long after the pandemic subsides.

As the professional world moved mostly online in early March, mobility leaders in charge of internships pivoted quickly to alternative options. In the Making Virtual Internships Work feature, hear from expert HR leaders on lessons learned and pick up advice for your organization's internship program. In addition to these features, we cover destination profiles of cities like Washington, D.C. and Bucharest, while providing additional content across public policy, young professionals, and more.
