The contents of the Global Workforce Services Directory may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in connection with a mailing list, or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the user’s individual, personal and confidential reference. Contained herein are the names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and contact persons of Worldwide ERC® members. Inclusion in the Global Workforce Services Directory does not signify Worldwide ERC® endorsement of these members and Worldwide ERC® makes no representations, warranties or guarantees as to, and assumes no responsibility for, the products or services provided by these members. Worldwide ERC® expressly disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of the use or performance of the products or services provided by these members.

The Worldwide ERC® will license to you the contents of this Global Workforce Services Directory only if you accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license agreement. Please read this license agreement carefully before using the Global Workforce Services Directory. By using this Global Workforce Services Directory, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: You may use the Global Workforce Services Directory for individual, personal and confidential reference purposes, according to the terms of this License Agreement, and as set forth above. You may NOT sublicense, assign, or distribute copies of the Global Workforce Services Directory to others. You may NOT copy, modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan, resell for profit, distribute, or otherwise assign or transfer the Global Workforce Services Directory, or create derivative works based upon it. This License is effective for all information you receive through the Global Workforce Services Directory. However, this License will terminate immediately without notice from Worldwide ERC® if you fail to comply with any of its provisions.
