BK Appraisal Services

Originating from NY, Betsy started BK Appraisal Services in September 2006 after apprenticing with a small appraisal firm. She received the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in July 2015 and the AI-RRS in 2017. Prior to working in the real estate industry, she processed home equity loans for a local Credit Union. In the past 20 years, she has held numerous positions in management and customer service. Professionalism and customer service are the keys to her success.

Betsy enjoys helping people and building relationships; this business allows for both. The relationships made through networking and everyday life are rewarding. Her experience in the finance world allows for easier understanding of mortgage transactions and keeps her well-informed of the changes in the market. This allows for understanding on all sides of a financial transaction, from the borrower to the lender to the investor.

Michele Bar-Pereg

TZUZA.com

Michele Bar-Pereg is an entrepreneur with over 45 years in relocation practice.

Michele is British, living in Amsterdam. She is past President of EuRA (European Relocation Association) and past owner of the pan -European, Foursquare Relocation Group. Currently founder and Chief Relocator of the online service TZUZA.com.

Michele re-designed the relocation experience by providing a global network of local experts to support a new generation of assignees and families who shop for relocation as one would buy any online product. She is an innovator and serial entrepreneur. She is a team player and loves her work among the amazingly bright people I have met whose careers and lives have been disturbed by a relocation. Helping them make better lives and careers wherever they are placed. And it’s these people she has come to make the centre of her business model for her newest venture TZUZA,

Her career came about because of being a very reluctant and initially unhappy expat and then teacher for 8 years in the International school system of The Netherlands. Giving her the ideas, experience and background to open her 1st relocation company in 1984. She has not stopped since then. Michele has regular conversations with professionals in and around the relocation service market all across the globe. From their local viewpoint and knowledge she builds up a picture of what happens locally and how relocation services can best be offered in each location.

Michele is now in her early 70’s and works almost full time developing her latest Company. She has a close and loving family and has been married for 50 years. She loves to be with her children and grandchildren all living nearby in Amsterdam. She is an avid music lover and is truly missing the concert scene because of todays pandemic. She thinks of herself as agile and flexible and still hopes to inspire new generations of relocation families in the art of transitioning well.
