Karen Cygal is Senior Vice President, Product Strategy and Development for Worldwide ERC®. She has over 20-years in the industry as a mobility leader whose expertise includes consulting, product and business development, data and analytics. Prior to joining Worldwide ERC® she was with Mercer, where in her most recent position as Global Product Leader for Talent Mobility, she led all mobility data product groups. In this capacity, she also chaired the overall mobility practice, which included technology and product development. Earlier positions in the company grew her experience in tax and economic research and mobility consulting. Before Mercer, Karen held positions with ORC Worldwide as Senior Consultant and Director of Economic Research. Karen holds a Master of Arts in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics and Political Science from St. Peter's University.

Kathy Connelly has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and with her current company for nearly 27 years where she serves as a member of the company’s executive leadership team. Kathy oversees management of the company’s corporate operations including agent licensure, legal compliance, relocation, property management, new business development, client relations, international destination services, e-business, and business partner relations such as home warranty and insurance. Under Kathy’s leadership the company’s relocation department has assisted numerous Fortune 500 and other companies with group and individual moves to and from metro Atlanta and is the recipient of numerous performance awards.

Kathy Is a former partner in the ownership of the company (Prudential Georgia Realty) before the sale to HomeServices of America in 2013. She serves as Qualifying Broker for both BHHS Georgia Properties (1600 associates) and Referral Associates of Georgia (350 associates) operating in 26 local markets/offices with concentration in metro Atlanta and north Georgia. The Company is ranked #5 among the global network of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Companies consisting of over 50,000 sales associates in nearly 1500 offices around the world.

Kathy earned the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations and is a 3-time recipient of the distinguished service award from Worldwide ERC®.

Kathy is Past-President of both Relocation Directors Council (RDC®), and the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council (MARC). She currently serves as a member of the advisory council for the MARC organization as well as RMC clients.

Steven John serves as President and CEO of HomeServices Relocation, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, Steven is responsible for leadership in all aspects of the business and provides direct management for strategy, sales and marketing and technology. Over the last 17 years, Steven has held a variety of executive management roles with some of the premier companies in the relocation industry. His direct responsibilities have included client relations, service operations, client accounting and technology. Prior to his career in relocation, Steven worked for several Fortune 500 companies in various executive management positions involving finance, budgeting, operations and strategic planning.
