Lin is a Business Immigration Partner with Meyner & Landis LLP whose practice has focused on all aspects of employment- and family-based immigration law. As an experienced attorney, Lin has represented diverse corporate and individual clients, focusing on outstanding researchers, individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences and business, and individuals whose work is in the national interest of the United States. In addition to working as an Immigration Attorney, Lin worked as a High School Teacher for more than six years in New York City, where she taught a variety of science and interdisciplinary classes. Lin received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her M.Ed. from Lehman College, the City University of New York.

American Immigration Council
Tania is a J-1 Program Manager at the American Immigration Council. Her work primarily focuses on providing BridgeUSA J-1 visa program regulatory and practice expertise to clients as well as working with the Exchange Team to develop guidance and business development strategies to promote the program. Before joining the Council, Tania worked for several law firms as an Immigration Specialist and most recently worked as a Program Director for a designated BridgeUSA J-1 program sponsor where she oversaw their trainee, intern, and teacher programs.
