Charina P. Garcia is the Technology and Innovation partner at WR Immigration and manages the Bay Area office. She represents and advises many Fortune 500 and start-up companies and utilizes technology to solve and anticipate many global mobility issues. She most recently provided her insight at the American Bar Association (ABA) Women in Legal Technology summit and the Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) Annual Conference. She is an active member of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Bobby Bartle is a licensed attorney and General Counsel at Aires. In addition to oversight of legal functions at Aires, Bobby supervises Aires’ management of global and US immigration programs for corporate relocation clients.
Before starting with Aires, Bobby worked at a leading global sports and entertainment agency in Washington, D.C., where he managed immigration services for well-known professional athletes and Olympians competing in international sporting events. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and law degree from Duquesne University School of Law. He also possesses a Masters in Professional Studies from Georgetown University.
Bobby is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education courses in Pennsylvania and also holds his Global Mobility Specialist designation from Worldwide ERC®.

Tom leads the relationships Tracker Software has with our partners and ensures that organisations who are new to the Tool, or are exploring tracking technologies can benefit from the Tool’s features in a way that meets the needs and culture of the organisation concerned. There are many variables when implementing compliance processes, from customer experience to technology configuration and Tom helps compliance stakeholders navigate this environment and ultimately create a system that works for the company and their talent.
Tom has worked in the Mobility industry since leaving University and was raised in the Middle East, on assignment with family.
Prior to joining Tracker Software, Tom has worked in assignee-facing, sales and account management roles at two Relocation Management Companies, with experience supporting blue-chip, globally renowned brands through to SME-type businesses. Most recently, Tom has been focussing on the effects of the COVID pandemic on travel and remote working trends, and the implementation of new compliance legislation with particular reference to the Economic Employer Concept.
Michelle Yu is a Founder, coach, and lead consultant at Aspire Talent, a boutique HR and People Operations consultancy for start-ups and SMBs. Prior to launching Aspire Talent, she spent over a decade working in various People Operations and HR functions across fast growth environments in Silicon Valley. Michelle is the former Head of HR Operations at SoftBank Group International, where she supported international HR and oversaw office expansions and global mobility, scaling offices across EMEA, APAC and LATAM. She has an MBA from Duke University and is an ICF Certified Coach.
