Laura Bloniarz
WR IMMIGRATION
Laura is a Senior Attorney at WR Immigration specializing in counseling employers to develop, maintain, and defend immigration compliance programs. She represents clients in a variety of global industries: finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, supply chain, technology, and engineering services.
Her clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies to domestic startups. In her practice she supports nonimmigrant visas, labor certification, permanent residence, and citizenship matters. She regularly delivers presentations to General Counsel and HR professionals regarding the changing landscape of immigration regulations and adjudication trends, I-9 compliance and audit practices, and DHS investigations.
Laura earned a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign double majoring in Economics and Spanish.

Nathan Grow
WR IMMIGRATION
Nathan D. Grow is a Senior Associate Attorney at WR Immigration and practices exclusively in immigration and nationality law. He represents companies seeking to acquire temporary work permits or permanent resident status for foreign nationals. He also assists individuals in connection with immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters and naturalization. He is fluent in Spanish.
He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Peter J. Walsh, former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Mr. Grow is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Mr. Grow earned his law degree (J.D.) from Columbia University School of Law where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. His undergraduate degree (B.A.) was awarded magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in Provo Utah.
