We are pleased to offer two complimentary buyer registrations per company for the APAC Regional Summit. To be eligible for this offer, one of the registrants must be an overall program leader for a global or domestic mobility program. We also welcome additional team members to join, and they may purchase discounted registrations equal to 50% of the early-bird member rate. 

Once selected as a registration option, your registration form will be reviewed and approved by Worldwide ERC®. You will receive a confirmation immediately upon approval for a complimentary registration. Please allow 5 business days for the approval process.

Exhibitors
If you are an Exhibitor, you will need a unique code to receive your complimentary passes that are part of your package. These codes will be sent from the Worldwide ERC® Exhibits & Sponsorship Team. Please reach out to us if you do not have your code.

 

Cancellation Policy 
Cancellations must be submitted via email to CustomerSuccess@WorldwideERC.org by 28 August 2023 and will be charged a cancelation fee of $100 per registration. Substitutions for persons originally registered for the meeting can be made at any time (subject to a $50 processing fee). No refunds will be provided after 29 August 2023.
