Improving the Vendor-Related Request for Proposals Process

 21 March 2024 – 1:00 PM EDT (US)

Having a well-defined Request for Proposal (RFP) can transform what otherwise could be a lengthy and complex process into one easier for companies and their potential vendors to manage and navigate.  Determining priorities and goals upfront and engaging with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and finance teams, before diving into the RFP process will be critical for streamlining the process and ensuring clarity around objectives and key metrics.  Join your peers for a roundtable conversation where attendees will discuss their insights around their experiences and best practices in conducting RFPs, how to maintain communications with internal stakeholders and potential vendors throughout the process, and insights on leveraging collected data in the vendor decision-making process.

If you have any questions, please contact Michael Jackson, Vice President of Member Engagement and Public Policy, at mjackson@worldwideerc.org.

This session is eligible for continuing education credit for CRP and GMS certifications.
