The Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility was established in 2004 with a mission to energize the global community through charitable giving. Its vision is that all communities touched by global mobility are actively aware of, inspired by and engaged in our charitable efforts, worldwide.

As one of many ways in which we seek to further our mission, the Foundation works in cooperation with Worldwide ERC®-recognized Regional Relocation Groups to support a scholarship program for high school students. Download the Foundation Scholarship Program Guidelines for more information including eligibility requirements, then submit the Scholarship Partner Program Application.
In 2017, we worked in partnership with 11 different Regional Relocation Groups to award $11,000 in scholarships.

Created in tribute to H Cris Collie, Worldwide ERC® CEO from 1972 to 2008, Trustees of the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility established the HCC Leadership award for members who embody specific qualities associated with Mr. Collie, and who have demonstrated them in various areas of achievement. The Foundation is governed by an elected Board of Trustees, each of whom serves on one of two committees: Charitable Outreach or Scholarship. Trustees, except for ex officiotrustees, serve three years, beginning in the month of January.Meet the Trustees

The foundation has contributed nearly $400,000 in cumulative charitable donations since its inception more than 10 years ago, and in 2017 donated $10,250 to its named charity, Family Promise, a life-transforming provider of transition services for individuals affected by homelessness and poverty.
