Legislative Update: Focus on the EMEA Region

Worldwide ERC® monitors legislative and regulatory developments on behalf of the industry through its Government Affairs Committee, composed of five Forums. At this session, Worldwide ERC®’s Global Forum Chairs will update attendees on key issues being followed that relate to the EMEA region: safe harbour, data protection and privacy, anti-bribery and corruption, expat tenancies – employer or employee leases and service-provider compliance.
