Registration & Cancellation Policies
Corporate Mobility Professionals are defined as human resource professionals accountable for administering, managing, or directing workforce mobility only for employees of their own organization and they are not involved in marketing, consulting or any other commercial aspect of providing services related to workforce mobility for any other organization. To be eligible for the Corporate HR Complimentary Registration, you must meet these requirements for Corporate Mobility Professionals.
Substitutions for persons originally registered for the meeting will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations by email or letter, received in the Worldwide ERC® office after 24 January will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per registration. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 26 February.
