Don’t Miss Out: Learning and Connection at the Worldwide ERC® Virtual Spring Conference Next Week

To continue the learning and connection that supports mobility professionals, we’re holding a virtual Spring Conference from 24 to 26 May. You won’t want to miss it!

If this past year has taught us anything, it’s that connection and community are paramount to conquering unprecedented challenges thrown our way. When supported by industry peers who are all-in, robust policies and well-designed strategies are strengthened, and an industry moves swiftly into the future. Demonstrating this is the mobility industry, and to continue the learning and connection that supports mobility professionals, we’re holding a virtual Spring Conference.

Between 24 and 26 May, we’re retaining all of the key elements of our in-person event: dynamic speakers, robust concurrent educational sessions, an extensive marketplace and exhibition hall, networking opportunities and events. This event will bring together relocation professionals including corporate relocation managers, real estate professionals and relocation service representatives.

At the virtual Spring Conference, attendees have the opportunity to discuss current issues affecting the relocation industry, focusing on U.S. domestic issues including remote work, compliance, diversity and inclusion and much more. Keynote speaker Cheryl Cran will kick off our first day, while the second day will feature additional robust conversations and networking opportunities. Here’s what the third and final day of the virtual Spring Conference has in store:

  • Remote Work and the Future Purpose of Mobility – This panel will uncover the insights of Worldwide ERC®'s new remote work research studies as well as frame out the global market sounding on remote work leading to a discussion around the future purpose of mobility where we cover the corporate and vendor opportunities.
  • Appraising in an Accelerating Market - This session will touch on the effects on relocation listings in the current market and explore if companies will still relocate employees or offer work from home programs.
  • Duty of Care 2.0—A Duty ''To'' Care - Leveraging the knowledge, experience, and perspectives of a global supplier, RMC, and corporate client, this panel will discuss how to evolve Duty of Care practices in real-time to ensure the proper care of guests, staff, and industry partners is achieved—all the while instilling confidence along the way.
  • Perspectives from Women Leaders in Global Mobility - Following on International Women’s Month, a talented group of female leaders will share their experiences in the global mobility field and how they each successfully navigated professional opportunities to learn, grow and gain leadership roles.
  • Global Trends, Local Solutions: A Conversation with the WERC Board of Directors - Join us for a discussion of the global issues changing our world and how Worldwide ERC® can help you find local solutions. Learn about our plans for recruiting the 2022 Board of Directors.
