As the Chief Knowledge Officer, Scott leads the firm’s Knowledge group, which is fully dedicated to the creation, curation and management of the firm’s knowledge. Scott is responsible for making Fragomen's worldwide immigration knowledge readily available to keep Fragomen teams informed so they can provide optimal services to clients and keep clients apprised of the latest developments in immigration and potential impacts on their program. He is also responsible for leveraging the firm’s knowledge to drive new business. Over the past two decades, Scott has created, managed and grown the business intelligence and knowledge management functions at four Fortune 500 companies and a leading international philanthropy. As a consultant, he advised the U.S. Department of Army, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Saudi government on how to maximize their knowledge management capabilities. He leverages his experience leading knowledge management functions in the commercial, government and nonprofit sectors to develop products and services that provide insight and decision-making support to our clients.

Emily Allen

Emily Allen

Emily assists clients in all aspects of corporate immigration, including nonimmigrant visa (H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, O-1, etc.) and permanent residency applications (PERM, I-140, etc.). She focuses her practice on managing immigration programs for technology companies as well as technology organizations within multinational corporations in industries such as e-commerce, entertainment and financial services. Emily also advises clients regarding compliance matters and enterprise-wide immigration protocols and contributes to firm-wide data integrity and security initiatives.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Emily practiced immigration law as a partner and attorney with boutique California-based immigration law firms. She also served as a Supervisory Asylum Officer with the Department of Homeland Security’s Los Angeles Asylum Office and was an adjunct professor at the Pepperdine University School of Law, where she instructed courses on immigration law and appellate advocacy. 
During law school, Emily was an editor of Pepperdine’s Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
She has provided extensive pro bono services in the field of asylum and refugee protection.

Raj Naik

Raj is a Partner and solicitor based in our London office, where he currently manages a team of solicitors and paralegals. He is also the lead solicitor for several major corporate clients, providing strategic immigration advice and support across different industries, from financial and professional services to pharmaceutical, engineering, IT and media. He advises across the full scope of UK immigration, comprising corporate and personal immigration matters as well as managing EMEA immigration strategies for several clients. This includes advising on the immigration requirements related to incorporating companies in new jurisdictions, TUPE transfers, employment and contractual arrangements and corporate restructuring. 

 

Raj aids his clients with the increasingly complex UK immigration compliance requirements, advising on immigration issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions, changes to corporate and group structures and conducting mock UKVI immigration audits. 

 

As a member of Fragomen’s specialised team that deals with the high-value migrant visa category, Raj advises clients on the immigration and financial requirements for the Global Talent, Start-up and Innovator Migrant visa categories. 

 

Raj is a core member of the firm’s global strategy teams, assisting clients with their strategy planning; holding process management meetings with his clients' senior management teams, providing consultation services to impacted employees as well as liaising with talent management on the impact of Brexit, Covid and the Ukraine crisis on current and future staff recruitment. Raj has hosted large town hall meetings, for 600+ employees to provide counsel on securing their UK immigration statuses. 

 

Raj is the UK Regional Lead for Diversity, Equality & Inclusion. He has assisted with settlement and nationality applications for victims of domestic violence and international civil rights activists who were at risk of losing their UK immigration status. In January 2023, Raj was shortlisted in the “DE&I Champion of the Year in a Legal Role” category for The Global Legal Post’s inaugural Women & Diversity in Law Awards. This award acknowledges individuals who have made a difference through their vision, dedication and capacity to inspire others. 

 

Raj is a regular author and contributor to immigration articles and seminars (e.g., Expatriate Mobility Forum and The International Employment Lawyer and The Financial Times). He is also a frequent speaker and panelist at various seminars and corporate events in the UK including the GME Leaders Exchange. 

 

Prior to joining Fragomen in August 2012, Raj worked at another leading immigration law firm, where he completed his training. He is also a regular contributor to immigration articles and features in legal publications. 

 

In 2014, Raj was short-listed for the Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards Rising Star Award.

Christine Sullivan

Christine Sullivan

Christine is an Attorney and Partner in Fragomen’s Amsterdam office. She leads the Private Client practice for Benelux, France and Switzerland, and also manages the Netherlands corporate immigration practice. Christine is specialized in assisting investors and entrepreneurs to establish in Europe and assists with both residency and long-term planning.
Christine is active in Fragomen’s EU Government Strategies group and she represents Fragomen in the European Commission’s Expert Group for attracting innovative entrepreneurs to the EU. Christine is the EU lead of Fragomen's Brexit Task Force, and also directs government strategies efforts in the Netherlands, working with decision makers to ensure that Dutch immigration policies support business and individuals moving to the Netherlands.
Christine is a US Bar admitted Attorney and she is a Member of the Brussels Bar. Before joining Fragomen, Christine worked at a boutique immigration law firm in the Netherlands, where she focused on all aspects of Dutch immigration. Christine headed that firm’s U.S. Desk, and assisted clients with all aspects of migration and corporate questions, particularly permits for self-employed persons and American entrepreneurs establishing residency in the Netherlands via the Dutch-American Friendship Treaty.
