*Corporate Registration Eligibility

This exclusive event is limited to senior-level corporate mobility professionals responsible for decision making in their Mobility, Compensation & Benefits or overall HR departments. Corporate mobility professionals are accountable for administering, managing, or directing workforce mobility only for employees of their own organization and are not involved in marketing, consulting or any other commercial aspect of providing services related to workforce mobility for any other organization. Senior-level corporate mobility professionals are decision makers who establish company HR, Compensation & Benefits and Mobility policies and contract directly with vendor partners for mobility-related HR services. Worldwide ERC® will make the final determination of eligibility.

Cancellation Policies

The B2B Package provides up to two registrations for the B2B events on Wednesday. There will be no discount or rate reduction for companies that do not utilize both registrations. Regular cancellation rates and policies apply per individual registration under the B2B Package. Cancellations by email or letter, received in the Worldwide ERC® office after March 15 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per registration. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 19. Substitutions for persons originally registered for the meeting will be subject to a $50 processing fee and the new registrant must be approved by Worldwide ERC®. To request a registration substitution, please email CustomerSuccess@worldwideerc.org with the name of the original registrant and the detailed contact information of the substitution.
